Shipping costs
All orders placed on the ISARA website will be processed and handed to the courier company within a maximum of 3 working days. (except Saturday and Sunday or Holidays).*

The moment your purchase will be shipped, you will be informed and you will be provided a tracking number for your package.

The customer is fully responsible for the correct and complete delivery of the delivery data. Failure to provide complete and correct information will lead to an extension of the deadline for processing and shipping orders. Also, in case of generating additional costs due to incomplete or erroneous provision of information regarding the delivery address, these costs will be borne by the customer.

When completing the order form, the phone number and address must belong to the recipient. It is important for the phone number to be from the destination country, otherwise, the recipient can not be contacted. Providing a phone number from another country is considered as incorrect data entry, and we are not responsible for any return of the package. In this situation, at the customer's choice, either only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded, excluding the shipping fee, or the package will be resent, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.


For an order to be successfully processed and delivered, the customer must ensure that he has completed completely and correctly all the information requested in the order form. At the end of each order, the customer receives an acknowledgment of receipt on the email address mentioned by him, together with the specification of the purchased product, respectively payment and delivery details.


If the data is incomplete, the client will be contacted to complete the data. If this fails and within 7 calendar days we do not obtain the complete information, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be returned to the customer, in case the payment has already been made.

You can simulate your shipping costs by adding the product to your shopping cart. You are responsible for providing us with in your complete personal information that is needed for the shipping to be successful. All errors will cause delays in the delivery process that we are not responsible for. All costs that are generated by the errors caused by incomplete shipping data is the responsibility of the client.
 
Prices you see are in Lei currency, EUR currency and US dollar currency and all Romanian VAT taxes are included.

ISARA Voucher Codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, shipping specials or other promo codes. If you are in possession of multiple vouchers, please note that you can use only one at the time, unless different conditions of use were specified.

* SC DENERIS TRADE SRL reserves the right to cancel any vouchers used www.isara.ro if suspicious usage is observed or if a voucher was used by someone without the right to use it.  
 
The prices are the ones mentioned on our website. You can pay by card; MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron are accepted. You will be redirected to a secured page where all your card details will be required. The printed invoice will be sent to you with the package containing your order. For payment by card, the transaction on the account statement will appear under the name of isara.ro

The shipping costs are determined by the destination country. For example, if you order from the UK, but the parcel is set to be delivered in Switzerland, the cost of the shipping will be the one that is required for Switzerland.

All orders placed in Romania, in Lei currency, can be shipped exclusively to Romania. All orders placed from outside Romania will be placed in Euro / US dollars currency.

If website errors occur, the order can be annulled at any time.
 
NOTE
All orders that are set to be delivered outside UE by Romanian Post Office will be shipped on every Thursday, for all the orders placed and processed until Wednesday. The shipping can take up to 10-14 days, based on the country of destination. The shipping cost is determined by the country of destination. We are not responsible for additional costs and taxes required (VAT, custom clearance fee, etc.) by the country of destination.

You will receive an email from us informing you of these additional costs that may arise. To proceed with the shipment, we will require your confirmation agreeing to cover these costs. If you do not agree, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded to you.

 

All US orders are temporarily suspended, for an undetermined period of time. All orders with US shipment that are placed on our website until all restrictions are being removed can be the subject of a cancellation on our part. Thank you for your understanding!

Mentions

Once the order is shipped, the risk of loss of the package is the client's responsibility. Deneris Trade SRL is also not responsible for any delays, once the package has been shipped.
 
If due to major force circumstances Deneris Trade SRL won’t be able to fulfill the order, we reserve the right to cancel or delay the shipping.
